Alven graduated from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2010. He started his working career as an Associate with AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. (AIASS) in 2011. During his 4 years with AIASS, Alven was involved in shared services operations particularly to provide insurance and finance support operations to other AIA entities across the Asia-Pacific regions. Alven joined Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. (TIIH) in 2017 as an Executive and was promoted to the position of Manager in 2022.
